There are people for whom the ideal home is the one of their grandparents where they practically spent their childhood. Those people will always be attracted by houses with an old, rural appearance and a simple charm, houses that make you believe you’re living an indefinite vacation in the countryside. Here are three house plans with a rustic look, that inspire the simple pleasure of living in a beautiful place.

The first plan is for a one-story house, with a fairly modern design, but a rustic air at the same time, due to the simplicity of its design. It has a hip roof with small overhangs over the entrance and the rear porch, white walls with dark wood insertions around the entrance and behind the porch. Its living area is 1,130 square feet and the price for having it built turnkey is 53,000 euros.

There are three bedrooms and a bathroom around a hall, a lavatory in the middle and, to the other side, the open kitchen, the utility room and the living room with exit to the covered rear porch.

The second model is also a one-story house, a bit larger, on a 1,260 living area, with a more elegant design. It’s all dressed in light colored wood, decorated with columns at the entrance and around the rear porch and the windows have shutters. Building it turnkey costs 58,800 euros.

It also has three bedrooms, put together along a bathroom and a lavatory, an open kitchen and a spacious and very well lit living room. From the living room and from to of the bedrooms one can go out on the rear covered and heightened porch.

The third house has a nice entry, shutters at the windows and at the side exit and an attic dressed in wood. Its living area is 1,130 sq. ft. and the price for building it turnkey is 53,500 euros.

On the ground floor, there are the open kitchen, the living and dining room with access to the side porch and a large bathroom including laundry room. There are three bedrooms and one more bathroom in the attic.
