At the beginning of the week, we present three examples of attic houses, ideal for any age, but suitable especially for young people. Here are our proposals:

The first house chosen by us has a built area of 245 square meters and a useful of 196 square meters. The price in red is 32,000 euros, while the turnkey price is about 85,000 euros. On the ground floor, next to the living spaces there is a service toilet, a bedroom, as well as a garage for a car. On the other side, in the attic, three bedrooms share a bath.

The next selected house has a built area of 150 square meters and a useful of 129 square meters. In terms of costs, the price to red is 23,000 euros, while the turnkey price is 67,000 euros. The House proposes a very practical division: on the ground floor are the living spaces, plus a room that can be transformed into the bedroom or office, depending on the needs of the owners, while at the attic there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The third and last model chosen by us has a very attractive modern design, with multiple solar panels on the roof, but also beautifully decorated portions with natural materials – wood and stone. The usable area is 125 sqm, and the construction price is 54,000 euros. It has four bedrooms, two of which are downstairs, in the back, after the double garage, continued with a shed and a bathroom. Next to the other side of a hallway are the kitchen, with entrance to the technical room, and the living room, open to the back and side terrace. In the attic are the other two bedrooms, equipped with dressing in the wall, and a bathroom.
