The first model of the house is distinguished by the charming facade, with large windows divided into several meshes and a rounded wall, exited outside. It has a built surface of 162 sqm, of which the usable is 138 sqm. The entrance is in the edge, in addition to the garage, where there is a vestibule and a small hallway, from which to enter the living room, with the dining room next to the rounded wall, covered by windows, and kitchen next door. In the back there is another hallway to the bathroom and a room that can be arranged as a bedroom. The garage is equipped with storage space and access to the technical room. In the attic there is a matrimonial bedroom with a dressing room and a large bathroom, and three others with a bathroom. All bedrooms have access to one of the three balconies of the house.

The second house has a more distinctive design, with a beautiful stone porch with wooden fence and no less than three balconies. Its usable surface is 198 sqm. Here, on the ground floor are only the living spaces: the living room with dining table and rear exit, the kitchen separated from the one in a bar and a service bath. In the attic there is a matrimonial bedroom with bathroom and the other three that share another bathroom with attached storage space, all with exit on the balcony. The price of the construction is 92,443 euros.

Simple and economically advantageous, the last house is a modern one, with a traditional pronounced shade, the date of the porch, the roof in two waters and the attic specify the rustic penalties. The house is easy to maintain and can offer a family of 5 people all the functions suited to a comforting lifestyle.
