A three-bedroom home is the best choice for a family. Even if small children will share a room, an extra one is always very useful and can serve as an office, a library or a playroom, according to that family’s needs. Here are three dream homes with 3 bedrooms, on one or two stories, with an attic or a regular second floor, sharing a sense of style and looking as comfortable as homes can be.

The first one we’ve selected is a country style house, on one story, very inviting thanks to the lovely covered porch it has in the front and on the side.

It has a living area of 1,900 square feet, structured in a very practical and comfortable manner. One enters directly into the great room, open towards the dining and kitchen, which occupy approximately the same area, and can also be directly accessed from the rear porch. The bedrooms are all together on the other side. There are two regular ones, with a bathroom in-between, and the master bedroom, with a huge bathroom and dressings for him and her. This home includes a utility laundry room and an extra room that can serve as an office. There is a double garage in the back.

Secondly, we have a beach-style house with an area of only 1,413 sq. ft., but just as inviting. It also has a large porch, enclosed with pretty decorative wooden fences, along with large windows and massive dormers, which make up a stylish design.

First there’s a living and dining room, as wide as the house, and then there’s the kitchen, which can also be accessed directly from the side, where we see the stairs with matching decorative fencing. In the back, there is the master bedroom, with its own bath, and another bedroom. The plan is completed with a bathroom and storage spaces.

The loft can be designed in an irregular shape, great for a bedroom or office, with bathroom at one end and plenty of storage spaces.

This home has a great contemporary design that allows for spacious insidoor areas and outdoor living spaces on both the first and second floor. Its living area is 2,012 sq. ft.

There is a spacious kitchen, with a pantry, close to the entrance. It has access to the front porch, where the family can dine outside, and it opens to the indoor dining space, partially separated from the living room. Next to the living room, there is another porch large enoug for dining outside.
