Balconies on the first floor also stand out, perfectly completing this level. The ground floor is an open space area which is connected to a 30 square meter patio outside, running on two sides of the house, while upstairs three bedrooms spill into two spacious balconies. The turnkey price ranges from 76,000 to 109,000 Euros.
