The first project chosen is a spacious house with a useful area of 140 square meters and a key price of 59,000 euros. In terms of sharing, the house has a kitchen, a bathroom, a desk and a bedroom on the ground floor, plus a spacious living room with a dinning area. Also on the ground floor is the situation and a generous terrace. Upstairs there are two more bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms and a dressing room.

The second project brings us a small and bright house with an open and immersive exterior chromatic. The house is spread over a useful area of 130 square meters, with many exterior spaces dedicated to relaxation. On the ground floor, besides living room and kitchen, the latter integrating and dining room, we find a bedroom, two other similar rooms located upstairs. A spacious wooden balcony extends the matrimonial bedroom upstairs outside, overlapped the terrace on the ground floor. The price of this turnkey house is about 48,000 euros.

The third and last house shows a very elegant exterior design with a combination of wood and light-colored brick. It has four bedrooms and a useful area of 185 square meters. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with open kitchen on the corner, behind the stairs. Upstairs, one side of the staircase is arranged the matrimonial bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, and on the other side are the other two bedrooms, each with a dressing room, but sharing a bathroom.
