The famous singer Aretha Franklin passed away on August 18, 2018, at the age of 76. The artist has died from pancreatic cancer. The Queen of Soul music didn’t have a will, therefore, the fortune of the late artist will be divided equally between the four children of the singer-Clarence Franklin (63 years old), Edward Franklin (61 years old), Ted White Jr (54 years old) and Kecalf Cunningham (48 years).

The artist’s fortune is about 80 million euros and includes several real estate properties in the Detroit area, estimated properties of specialists at about $2 million.
Recently, one of the artist’s houses was sold for 800,000 dollars, according to the Associated Press website. The colonial-style house with an area of 385 square meters, with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, tennis court and swimming pool, is located in Bloomfield Hills, a suburb of the American city of Detroit. The house is also equipped with a sauna and a garage that can shelter three cars.
Aretha Franklin was born on March 25, 1942 and will remain in the history of American music, due to his loud and clear voice, with which he could sing notes from four octaves.
Franklin won 20 Grammy Awards (including three specials), eight of which were consecutive, between the years 1968 and 1975, the period during which the trophy for best soloist R&B was named in the joke of journalists “Aretha Award”.
