Brick remains an option largely used when it comes to building materials. It gives a home durability, comfort and elegance, regardless of the environment where it is built, making it easily stand out thanks to its unmistakable look. Combined with wood and stone, brick completes the façade of a house, lending a rustic character bursting with personality, as we will see in the examples below. So here are some rustic brick house plans.

The first plan shows a single story house, spreading on 153 square meters. The house features a classic design and is personalized by fine looking wood-brick combination on the façade, a spacious front porch which can be accessed both from the living and a bedroom, two beautiful skylights and a brick chimney standing on one side of the house. Inside, the space features a practical division between the day time activities – a living, a dining and a kitchen all coming together and spilling onto a terrace and a porch outside, and three bedrooms, one of them accessible from the outside. The attic can be organized as the owner pleases, with the two skylights facilitating the setup of new bedrooms, if needed.

Rustic brick house plans – a classic design replete with energy

The second house is larger, but featuring a single level, too, sitting on 230 square meters. The house boasts an imposing classy design, in which the brick façade mingles with interesting and dynamic shapes outlined by the windows and the arched entry. The center of the dwelling is reserved to family spaces, featuring a living, a dining, a breakfast room and the kitchen, connected to a back veranda. Four spacious bedrooms, a study and a children nook complete the space on the single story. The generous attic can serve as an optimal storage space.

Rustic brick house plans – an imposing facade

The third plan describes a two story house which spreads on 336 square meters. Built from wood and brick, the house displays a traditional design, with a rustic air, in which the large windows carved in different volumes, and the outdoor relaxing spaces draw all the attention. The ground floor is a real maze of spaces in which various type day time rooms intermingle with bedrooms, a study and a workshop, all converging into large outdoor spaces behind the house. Three bedrooms and a bonus room lie upstairs.
