Wooden Mobile Homes – Freedom On The Move
You have probably noticed we have this preference to present all sorts of tiny homes built at the heart of nature by those seeking to be different from the vast majority. These homes are the perfect expression of freedom we all crave. But when they are also mobile, freedom gets proportions that not even our rich imagination can span. Since we’ve covered all sorts of such homes on the move, we will today focus on wooden mobile homes manufactured in Romania.
We need to first and foremost underline that these homes come with many advantages, such as no need for a building license, a foundation and the possibility to change locations. You just have to order it and place it wherever your holiday plans take you.
The first example is a wooden house built on an iron structure which makes it more resistant to strong winds, storms, blizzards and frequent relocations. Walls, floor and roof are made up of six layers, with a 10 cm thick insulating layer in the middle. The wood siding is chemically treated to make it more durable, while still being eco-friendly. These houses can be ordered in different sizes (2x3m, 2.4x5m, 2.4x7m, 2.4x8m, 2,4x10m, 3x7m, 3.5x7m, 3.5x9m) and each of them can be equipped with heating, running water, sewage and electricity. They can also be compartmented according to the customer’s needs.
The next examples come in diverse designs, all full of color and energy. These are wooden caravans, practically compartmented so to meet various needs. They are built from spruce, are thermally insulated and can be heated. Raised on a metallic chassis, they can be easily moved on short distances. The caravans, manufactured at a factory in Suceava, northern Romania, are entirely made of quality and eco-friendly materials. A standard caravan measure 2.5-3 meters in width and 6 meters in length and sells for about 25,000 Euros, with the electrical and sanitary installations in place.
Finally, the last examples are prefab mobile homes with sandwich walls made of fireproofed wood and a 10 cm thick thermal and sound insulation in the middle which is also part of the floor and roof structure. All the materials used are again eco-friendly, characterized by a high degree of diffusion which allows the homes to literally breathe, with a direct positive impact on the dwellers.
