The first plan describes a house featuring a bold architecture, in which different volumes and planes mingle in a harmonious way for a final image full of dynamism. The two story house spreads on a total living area of 135 square meters. The first floor hosts three bedrooms that share a bathroom that opens into a balcony right above the main entrance.

The house has a total living area of 120 square meters and its ground floor is totally dedicated to the living area. Upstairs lie three bedrooms and a bathroom, each of the four rooms connected to a balcony. The price must match the average market costs, between 400 and 450 Euros per built square meter.
