Thus, in the following lines we have selected three models of three-bedroom houses, three examples of homes that do not cost more than 45,000 euros to the key, thus being practical but affordable houses at the same time. Here are our proposals:

The first example proposed by us is a small house, but with a compact, full of energy design, in which different surfaces, both chromatic, and from the perspective of the construction materials used, give rise to a dynamic overall image. The ground floor is an open space where we find the living room, the living room and the kitchen, while upstairs, three bedrooms share a bathroom. The key price of the house in the picture is estimated at 45,000 euros.

The third and final example is a house with a traditional architecture and roof in two waters. In terms of costs, the construction has a price of about 45,000 euros to the key, if you opt for the metallic structure and about 47,000 euro, if you choose a wooden structure. The three bedrooms are aligned on one side of the building, and for more quiet, the living spaces are merged to a place opening on the rear terrace.
