The Wonder Loft – A Visual Experiment in Manhattan

An American designer transformed a loft in Manhattan into a vibrant home rich in colors, shapes and patterns, a genuine “wonderland” as labelled by the magazine House Beautiful which published telling pictures of the beautiful place. In a truly chromatic succession, the loft carries among its walls a genuine living appetite reflected and expressed by every single square inch in its structure. The images below speak for themselves about the wonder loft in New York.

As you go in, three felt boulders and an imposing painting anticipate the experience about to be witnessed. The lobby then opens into the living, a genuine chromatic vortex, an avalanche of colors well-placed and which divides the room into visual layers and break up the dominant grey in the floor and ceiling. The fireplace got a whole new look, a mouth which seems a hole leading to another world.
