For a young couple or a family with a child, a small house, with two bedrooms, is the perfect choice. In the ranks below we prepared not one, but three small house projects for a family with a child.

The first project brings us a house from a fairytale, with an entrance arch and a skylight as distinctive elements. On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are located separately, connected to a first terrace, while the living area, located in the opposite side, opens on a second terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with access to a balcony of 5 square meters. The key price of this House of 108 square meters is estimated at 51,100 euros.

The next model selected is a house with plastered walls, but not entirely, the design suggestion being to decorate with stone on some portions, but as well can be left to brick view. In any case, the combination of natural tiles will have a delightful effect. It is a traditional cottage with a warm and caring look, which measures 93 sqm and can be built to the key for about 36,300 euros. It also has a very practical division of interior space. There is a hallway that separates the part with the bedroom and the office or two bedrooms, depending on the needs, the one with the living room and the kitchen. The latter is equipped with pantry and there is also a very useful technical room. Rooms that can be arranged as bedrooms are separated by bathroom.

The last house has an area of 99 sqm and a beautiful terrace, partly covered, on two sides, which can be arranged as a small outdoor saloon. Wooden decorative elements are carefully arranged to create a pleasant image and relaxed atmosphere. It enters through a vestibule that gives in a long hallway, willing perpendicular. On the left, in the hallway, two bedrooms are arranged, a bathroom and a toilet, and on the right is the living room, with dining room, along with which the kitchen with the entrance to the technical chamber is located.
