One And Two Story House Plans – Inspiration Through Diversity

We’ll continue showing you various design houses, from classic to modern lines, with a view to inspire you in making the right choice. Today we will take a close look at a couple of plans describing one and two story homes, all as practical and featuring an eye-catching design which will make head turn in a residential neighborhood.

We’ll start from low levels and examine a first plan showing a one story Tuscan style home. The small house spreads on 113 square meters and is suitable for a flat or sloping plot and can accommodate a family of 3 to 5 members. The house, even if featuring a simple design, is visually distinctive thanks to a façade with decorative stone insertions and columns which frame a small terrace, with a larger patio at the back. The house has an open space which incorporates the living, the dining and the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living molds to the round shape of the outside wall, giving the façade a bit of dynamism.

The second plan describes a house with a somewhat similar design, with firm lines and geometrical shapes clearly traced, spreading on two stories this time. The compact design boasts a façade with a wrap-around balcony which creates a different protruding volume, the walls covered in decorative stone again and narrow and tall windows. The house has a bedroom on the first floor, apart from the family dedicated spaces and a bathroom, while three bedrooms and two bathrooms lie on the first floor. The turnkey price for this house is 123,200 Euros.

The last plan shows a modern house, boasting an attractive design which radiates vitality thanks to the evident shapes it incorporates. The two story house sits on a total living area of 180 square meters with the ground floor entirely dedicated to socializing spaces, along kitchen, a bathroom and storage spaces. A 32 square meter terrace extends the space where you can catch up with the family, with direct access from the living. The first floor is home to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious 12 square meter balcony spreading on two sides.
