Modern Wood House Models. Cheap, Comfortable and Fresh
Wood structures are more and more attractive for their low prize and excellent insulating qualities, keeping the house warm in winter and cool during the summer. So more and more young people who choose to build a home choose wood. Here are three modern wood house models, who would make a lovely first home for a young family.
The first house is a one-story one. It has a front covered porch continued with an uncovered one on the side. It has a living area of 1,033 square feet.
On one side of the entrance there are the three bedrooms, a full and a half bathroom, along a hallway, and to the other side there are the living room and kitchen.

What we first notice about the second house is the particular looking porch on the side, reproducing the particular shape of the house.
It’s a 3-bedroom house that has a total area of 1,075 sq. ft. and a living one of almost 810 sq. ft., on two stories. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, together with two bathrooms, the utility room and the kitchen and living room. There’s a vaulted ceiling in all the rooms except the kitchen and bathrooms above which is the second floor bedroom.

The third model is also on two stories, with one main floor and attic, and has a 2,370 sq. ft. area. It’s a 5-room house. Its architecture as well as interior division allow this construction to be adjusted according to the beneficiary’s needs. It can be used both as a permanent home and as a vacation home.
