In the following lines, we have prepared three large house projects, ideal for families with three children. They are four-bedroom houses, perfect for a large family, but also for those who want a spacious and welcoming home.

The first project we have chosen has a modern and elegant look, with subtle wood inserts and balconies surrounded by glass at both ends. After the vestibule, a hallway leads to a small bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor, on one side, as well as the kitchen and living room with dining area, on the other side. In the attic there are two small bedrooms and one double bed, with bathroom and a long corridor between them. All bedrooms have exit on the balcony.

The second project is represented by a house with a special architecture, with massive roof, covered balconies at both ends and an elegant porch supported in three columns with a beautiful window on top. As far as the surface is concerned, the House has 133 useful meters. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a central hallway, a smaller one to the garage, which is attached to the technical room, a bathroom, dining room, closed kitchen with dining place and a small office. In the attic are the four bedrooms: one matrimonial with private bathroom and dressing room, as well as with its own balcony, and three smaller with a shared bathroom, two of them being joined at the other end and sharing a balcony, and the third being in the right The beautiful skylights at the entrance.

Finally, we selected a third house that has a special architecture, with windows and doors rounded at the end and the apparent brick above them and at the foundation level. The house also has a garage, as well as small terraces covered in two corners. The kitchen, dining place and living room are in the same space, with exit on a terrace, and the bedrooms are displaced along a hallway. There is a matrimonial bedroom with private bathroom, and three others, having a bathroom and a toilet nearby. The useful surface of the house is 180 sqm, and the price of construction rises to almost 88,000 euros.
