Economical Houses – Affordable Options

Regardless of the penchant for one particular type of architecture, the final choice always goes through the financial filter, which has been confirmed by all the architects. Consequently, the market of economical houses, generally small houses, is flourishing. We have too singled out some plans of such economical houses, generally houses under 150 square meters and an estimated turnkey price under 50,000 Euros, hoping you will find your inspiration.

The first plan shows a two story house spreading on 106 square meters. The house, with a garage attached, draws attention thanks to captivating exterior finishes, such a glass railing balcony. In both cases, the ground floor packs the living areas connected to two patios, while the attic is home to two bedrooms, in one of the options having two balconies attached.

The fourth plan describes a house featuring an architecture which reminds us of a small American bungalow. With wood clad facades, displaying a chromatic unity, the house has an appealing simple design which fits the very concept of economic houses perfectly. With a price assessed at about 28,500 in a semi-finished stage, the house features three bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom.

The fifth example shows a single story house, featuring a design which exudes refinement, with generous glazed areas and a covered patio for a complete interaction with the surrounding natural environment. The house sits on 58 square meters and has a price tag ranging between 34,000 and 47,000 Euros, depending on the finishes. The plan features an open space living area that spills into two terraces and, respectively, two bedrooms.

Finally, the last plan describes a two story house with a flat roof. Spreading on a living area of 90 square meters, the house appeals thanks to its modern architecture, visually enhanced by elegant exterior finishes, such as glass railing balconies and other decorative elements. The interior structure is pretty much the same – the ground floor packs the living area, while the first floor hosts two bedrooms expanding outside into two superb balconies. The assessed price ranges between 24,000 and 29,000 Euros, VAT not included, for a semi-finished stage.
