The first example is a home made of two containers, fully equipped. It is structured into a fully equipped bathroom, a 15 square meter living, an 8 square meter bedroom and a kitchen. The house consists of two adjoined containers sitting on a total living area of 29.16 square meters. Its dimensions are 6 meter in length, 4.8 meters in width and 2.55 meters in height. The floor, walls and ceiling have a 6 cm thick insulation foam layer, with four hook on the roof corner so the house can be lifted and relocated if necessary. The containers can be easily connected if a customer wants so, with all the inside walls being removed so to create various interior structures. More than that, such a home can get different sorts of exterior finishes, including a roof, so it looks like a classic house in the end.

The advantage of such houses is that they come in prefabricated modules and assembled directly on location. The building time thus reduces to a couple of weeks, way less that what it takes to build a classical house. These houses are also very well thermally insulated, costs less since they require less manual labor and materials and can anytime be extended by addition of new modules. Such a house, seen below, spreads on 96 square meters and is structured into a living, a dining, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and outdoor spaces. Finally, the third offer splits in two: a house made of one large maritime container – sitting on a total living area of 30 square meters, selling for 11,900 Eros, VAT included, and, respectively, a house made of two large maritime containers sitting on 60 square meters, selling for 22,900 Euros, VAT included.
