Cheap Flat Roof House Plans – 3 Economical Choices

Because the price is often the first criterion taken into account when looking to purchase a home, we are back with new ideas of economical houses. This time we look at some cheap flat roof house plans trying to identify projects that do not exceed a price tag of 50,000 euros. All of them describe houses with modern architecture, which meets the tastes and energy of a young couple just starting out.

The first project brings us a house with a usable area of 126 square meters, ideal for a narrow lot of land. The house impresses with an aesthetic combination of brick and wood which gives the cubist architecture a softer, natural look. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining room are located separately, with a bathroom and a storage space in the middle of the plan, while the living room, opening on a terrace, can be found in the other corner. Upstairs rest two bedrooms and as many bathrooms, the master bedroom coming with its own dressing room. The price, at a semi-finished stage, starts at almost 38,000 euros, VAT excluded.

Downstairs, the living spaces are complemented by a study, while upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them opening on a vast terrace. The price of this house, in the same semi-finished stage, starts at about 35,500 euros, without VAT.

The third plan brings a house with the same two story house featuring a cubist design, the facades bringing colors and geometric shapes together in complete harmony. The ground floor is simply divided, kitchen and dining room lying separately from the living, the latter connected to a terrace that wraps the house on two sides. Upstairs there are three bedrooms that share a bathroom. Turnkey price of this house is 49,700 euros.
