6 New Uses For The Multi-functional Spray

Any driver has it in the car for those situations in which a door squeaks or any other joint catches some rust. At home we use it to grease hinges and get rid of those annoying noises. But the multi-functional spray can do more than that, alternative uses that could answer many of the problems you run into day by day. To come to your help, here are six new uses for the multi-functional spray, with more to come later, as seen on Rd.com

There’s probably no home that cockroaches don’t permeate. If you’re in the same position, then keep a can of the multi-functional spray handy, and when you see a roach, spray a small amount directly on it for an instant kill. To keep insects and spiders out of your home, spray on windowsills and frames, screens, and door frames. Be careful not to inhale the fumes when you spray and do not do this at all if you have babies or small children at home.

If you live in a house, then you know wasps’ favorite place to build nests is under eaves. So next spring mist some multi-purpose oil under all the eaves of your house. It will block the wasps from building their nests there and you can enjoy your free time on the patio.

It has always happened to someone: chewing gum stuck in the hair. You don’t have to turn to a scissor to solve the problem, but rather spray some WD-40 and the gum will be easily combed out of the hair. Make sure you spray easily from a small distance lest you inhale vapors.

When it comes to cleaning, the multi-functional spray is the alternative champion. Remove stains and scuff marks from tile surfaces or any other hard-surfaced floors. It can also remove tar so make sure you got a can within reach next time you take on the cleaning challenge.

Since it’s snow outside, prepare your winter boots to deal with it. Waterproof them by giving them a coat of WD-40. It’ll act as a barrier so water can’t penetrate the material. Also use the spray to remove ugly salt stains from boots and shoes during the winter months. Just spray the oily substance onto the stains and wipe with a clean rag.

The same recipe, but applied differently. Spray on windows and outside sills and snow will not build up anymore. Use the multi-functional spray for the shovels that you handle to remove snow from yards and alleys and you won’t have to remove the stuck snow every few minutes.
