Although these days have snowed for the first time in Romania, we dream of sunny days to relax on the terrace of our house. This is the reason why today we have prepared 3 examples of houses with terrace. Discover them in the ranks below.

The first house has a terrace that is not strictly limited to the surface of the garage, but is extended by the noose of the facade. The construction is also in a pronounced modern style, the garage and the technique room consists of a distinct volume, dressed in wood. For the terrace is a very pleasant arrangement with a pergola-type awning. The usable area of the houses is 187 sqm, and the turnkey construction is estimated at 87,285 euros.

The second project is a house with an area of 201 meters. The house has an integrated garage and the division is made as follows: on the ground floor are the living spaces, while the attic is located three bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room.

The third house chosen is one on a single level, but stretched on an area of 228 sqm, of which the usable is 182 sqm. It has a large partly covered terrace behind it. It has a garage for two cars, and of the three bedrooms one is matrimonial and has a dressing room and a small terrace. The three bedrooms are two bathrooms. The kitchen, where it enters the technical room, is separated from the dining room, where the dining area is arranged. The living room has two glazed walls with exits on the terrace.
