Contemporary design is, probably, the best match for the tastes of the young generations who find the perfect environment in the open spaces and modern lines for a living style free of prejudice. Small or large, modern homes always attract thanks to their innovating and bold architecture in which the free spirit of the youth finds the ideal place. Here are three small modern youth houses below, dwellings featuring a captivating design which bursts of energy.

The first plan shows a single story house, spreading on almost 100 square meters. It is a house that harmoniously blends traditional lines of the gabled roof with modern design elements, in play of volumes and a façade on which large glazed spaces open up the interior to the nature outside. And, since we’re looking at a youth house, the house also boasts large outdoor spaces which surround it on three sides. The plan is practically divided between the daytime spaces, the living and the dining, with direct access outside, a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms.

The second plan follows the same lines, the result of the same elegant combination between classic and modern. It is a house spreading on 100 square meters, featuring an open façade which stands out thanks to the same display of various shapes, this time found in windows. The interiors’ surface is basically doubled by the outdoor patios and decks which girdle the house on two sides. The plan features three bedrooms resting in a corner of the house, while the other half is reserved to the living, the kitchen and the dining all spilling into each other. The house sells for an estimated price of 43,400 Euros.

Finally, the third plan stands out thanks to a design centered upon geometrical shapes, in different volumes and a terraced roof. The house sitting on 115 square meters distinguishes itself through a façade which features the same ample glazings, windows and sliding doors, which connect the interior and the exterior. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms rest in half of the plan, while the other half takes up the daytime spaces connected to the outdoor patios. This house sells for almost 55,000 Euros.
